No Refunds After Trading ActivityOnce a trade has been placed on your funded or evaluation account, no refunds will be issued. By executing a trade, you acknowledge that you have utilized our services, and therefore, the purchase becomes final and non-refundable.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be considered if no trades have been executed on the account. If you have not placed any trades, you may request a refund within two (2) business days of purchase by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Refund requests must include proof of purchase and account details.
Discretionary Refunds
In exceptional cases, Exness Funds reserves the right to issue refunds at our sole discretion, taking into account special circumstances such as technical issues on our platform that prevent account access or trading.
Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days, and funds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase.
